I’m American, and we could tell you some stories about criminal irregularities in our elections! But the time to do this sort of thing is before the election, and preferably before reliable polls. After an election takes place, everyone, judges included, are influenced by its result. That’s inappropriate. Why not exclude the candidate before people went to the polls?
