We are at a point in AI companies where there are lots of promises but little execution. What is the sophistication of these Agents? Are we talking about a system like Amazon's customer care bot? Where it asks questions and eventually you chat with a rep. A big problem with them is that you can end up in a loop if you don't answer correctly. I can see that happening except you get to chat with an LLM. Also, how do you deal with uncontrollable hallucinations? Has anyone dealt with a good one in action?
