- not_your_vase 2y agoI will try to ignore the a16z part, which just invalidates this whole website and project (almost feels like a parody). "Crypto is the answer to debanking" was almost, kinda-sorta true like 15 years ago. But today pretty much all the crypto prices are driven by institutional investors, lead by major banks. Where I live, the streets are full of crypto ads, all by big banks, trying to convince grammas to put their pension in doge coin...
- indy 2y agoThe link is about the government and banks colluding to debank industries that they don't like. "Crypto is the answer to debanking" isn't a point that's being made in the original post.
