Many, if not all, cities need affordable housing. If you can get into that industry, you will do fine. There is lots of red tape, but once you know how to deal with it, you'll do well.
- blinded 2y agoYes. From my experience cities are and will be in high demand due to how much there is to do vs a suburb or rural areas. The limiting factor from what I've seen to expanding the city is zoning (allowing for higher density in current homes) and transportation. If the city expands to the edges but there are no light rails or the highway isn't adjusted then the pressure remains high on the houses where commutes are non outrageous.
