The job of the court is not to decide if this law is the best possible solution.
- hn_acker 2y agoWhen strict scrutiny is involved, (which it is, because there are many US users of TikTok using their First Amendment rights) it IS the court's job to decide whether the law is the "least restrictive means" [1] of solving the problem that the legislators claim to be solving.
