People can put batteries in their house if they want to, why would you force every single house to be thousands of dollars more expensive when almost everyone gets by fine without it?
Do you and everyone you know have giant battery backups in their house?
- hooverd 2y agoIf we want that we should pay people to.
- CyberDildonics 2y agoPay people to do what? Put batteries in their house? Why would you go around trying to pay people to install batteries in their house when you could set up more centralized controlled backups so the power doesn't go out in the first place?
- hooverd 2y agoYea. ~If we want people to have whole house batteries. Of course if you want centralized storage it doesn't make sense.
- CyberDildonics 2y agoBut why would "we" want to pay people to have whole house batteries? That's the question. I replied to someone saying every new home should be mandated to have a big backup battery. Check out the whole thread from the beginning.
