Certainly - that will benefit a lot of people who didn't want to (or who couldn't) take advantage of those offers. I was tempted to go for one, but would still have been around £400 a month after tax. I far prefer to buy a car in cash and drive it until it dies - but I understand others do enjoy having a newer car. Certainly benefits me when I come to buy something else 2nd hand.
