Thank you to the Constitution for protecting our freedoms, etc. Meanwhile, there will be a much more powerful way to achieve that goal using a smartphone, which is 100x more subtle and effective, which will be legal because technically it doesn't cross the big red line. There will be some arcane logic here that only a lawyer could love, but it will amount to 20th century technique = banned, 21st century cellphone technique = fine. So everyone will do that. It'll just get more pronounced over time.
