I guess "stop all movement" and "destroy any transport" is slightly different.

    Well - you can take it as read they'll probably try to kill others while they are at it. Did you read the bit where Tetyana Aksenchuk was injured trying to put fires out and then drones attacked the ambulances killing a diver. At least the Russians are quite imaginative with their slaughtering the innocents.

        Except the posts are from the Kremlin/Dialog-affiliated outlet Readovka. Which means their assertions are about as reliable as what Nayirah "saw".
