His innovation was to deploy AI models to automate claim denials. The system didn't make him to do that. He's responsible for the deaths of thousands and is rightly receiving 0 sympathy for his demise.
- OutOfHere 2y agoIt's AI in name only. It's not AI in truth. It might as well have been a random number generator.
- djohnston 2y agoYeah agreed. I mean these words have been diluted to hell. It’s all just statistical models, random number generator being one lol.
- OutOfHere 2y agoI don't mean to make light of real AI like well-trained large deep models, but clearly the use here of "AI" by these insurance firms isn't reflective of any intelligence.
