  No need. Tesla shareholders can approve any compensation package they want. That's why this strange "second vote" which didn't do that is strange. Legally it's a no-op. What actually happened is the court did not reverse a previous decision, because there was nothing new about it. Tesla shareholders should have voted to give Elon whatever they think he is worth.
