Probably one of the best, must humorous, and dark takes on industrial psychology I've seen. I've spent a lot of time trying to disprove it, and kinda did. It's like Freud where it doesn't really stand up to serious empirical evaluation, yet there are so many uncomfortable truths. The author kinda loses the plot after the part about power talk, though.
