Isn't the global average supposed to be exactly 100 by definition, or did I misunderstand how IQ works?
- peterfirefly 2y agoYou did (not your fault). Usually a Western country is used, often the UK. That doesn't really matter, though, as long as a sufficiently similar scale is used when comparing. Tests can be (and are) recalibrated sometimes.
