My little Toyota did dim the light or just lower the light … and hence it is better. You need the high beam all the time in uk roads as they mostly do not have road lights. But keep in switch on and off in my old cars are hard. But those high beam can kill me one day no doubt. Too many close call and hence the little Toyota i got I feel comfortable to use the high beam all the time.
