- WraithM 2y agoI’m sorry to hear you had that experience, and I appreciate your feedback. We put a lot of care into evaluating every candidate’s take-home solution, and it’s never an auto-reject. Every decision is made by a person, an engineer at Bitnomial. I know take-homes are a big ask, and we try to make them meaningful and fair while respecting candidates' time. We're balancing trying to get as much signal as we can while not being brutal. Hiring is tough, and rejection is never easy, but we always strive to be thoughtful and respectful throughout the process. By the way, we’ve hired several great engineers who didn’t make it through the process on their first try.
