- jqpabc123 2y agoSanctions and tariffs ultimately hurt as much as they help. These simple minded trade tactics didn't work in the 19th century and they won't work any better in the 21st century. Anyone who thinks tariffs will "Make America Great Again" would probably fail at running a casino.
