- mrguyorama 2y agoHow is 3 years not enough time to dump some mediocre middle management?
- AdrianB1 2y agoSome of these people have strong contracts with clauses against being fired. It is also very difficult to replace them if capable people left the company. Especially if they are the majority of middle management.
