Submodules suck once you encounter a diamond dependency problem.
- MereInterest 2y agoIt doesn’t even need to be a diamond to have dependency problems. Suppose I have two dependencies, A and B. Dependency A also depends on B. Now I have two copies of B, one from my submodule and one from A’s submodule, and there’s no guarantee that these are compatible versions.
