- duskwuff 2y agoAs someone on Mastodon observed [1], it's also got all sorts of great resonances with words like "slime", "sleaze", "sludge", "slug", "slither", "slouch", etc. The word itself implies a distasteful, slippery (another sl- word!) nature.
