I built a tool to measure and improve teams' morale
- Amkac 2y agoHi HN! I’m excited to share MoraleInsight, a tool designed for team leaders and managers to measure, understand, and improve their team’s mood. Yet many managers struggle to track their teams' sentiment in a meaningful way. Without actionable insights, it’s tough to take the right steps to boost morale, engagement, and productivity. With MoraleInsight, you can: - Gather the daily mood of each team member through quick, anonymous feedback. - Analyze key insights to identify challenges and opportunities. - Take data-driven actions to foster a positive work culture and empower your team. How it works: Each day, team members receive a simple email to log their mood anonymously. Managers can access real-time insights and track trends to spot challenges early and improve team morale. The goal is to provide managers with real-time insights into overall team sentiment, enabling them to make informed decisions, address issues early, and boost morale before problems escalate. I’d love to hear your thoughts, feedback, and ideas on how I can make this even better! Looking forward to your comment
- mtmail 2y agoThe website lists 7 testimonials. For example "Liam Thompson, Chief Technology Officer", who all praise the tool. I was under the impression the tool is brand new.
- Amkac 2y agoThank you for your comment. While the app is new, I’ve been fortunate to receive early feedback from friends and colleagues who have helped me improve the tool.
- bdangubic 2y agomy team posts their mood every day on team slack channel :)
- Amkac 2y agoPosting daily moods in Slack can help keep track of team sentiment. The advantage of MoraleInsight is that it offers anonymous feedback which can encourage more honest responses, and it also provides real-time insights and trends about overall team mood.
- bdangubic 2y agogodspeed to you with your product, I hope you become a billionaire. I personally would never set foot in a workplace where I need anonymous feedback on team morale… if a team needs your product they have already failed miserably as a team
