  You hate your life and see no way out. What else? That this comes with an ugly bouquet full of mental and physical health problems is another topic entirely, and that can fill 10 tomes of books though.

  Burnout babyy. You lose the joy in life and become a cynical gremlin full of spite. Or develop substance abuse habits or any other myriad coping strategies

    Definitely the case. Apologies if my comment is overly negative. I hope the next few decades will be better and that this was rock bottom. In any case, some people have had a great time in this industry even after 2010s but I think a larger amount of people have had a horrible time. I guess it's not the 80s anymore. Those were the good times.
