I use to be a mechanic, and I love nothing more than watching youtube videos of other people fixing problems I should be fixing on my own/friends cars. It requires zero effort but has pretty much the same sense of satisfaction at the end .. until the realisation kicks in that it wasn't my car that just got fixed.
