ha! Just hit my 1 year mark and got bumped from 2 weeks (5 days personal, 5 days vacation) to 3. Since things like getting sick and/or personal time are deducted from the balance, I had to wait until the end of my year to take a vacation (in order to make sure I had the time). So all in all I basically got a week to spend time with my family. Would kill for a policy like this.
