- EA-3167 2y agoI suspect it really comes down to the dose in large part. A relative of mine takes it daily in a low dose for neuropathy, and they haven't changed in any noticeable way. By contrast I know someone who took it a MUCH higher dose to control seizures and they had to switch because it made them unable to function.
