  not exhaustive, but this paper (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8070520/ https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8070520/) shows very low levels of a few of these compounds in carrots compared to other edibles (ex. grapefruits).
