Median cost per square foot might be more informative.
- mattnewton 2y agoI disagree, each marginal square foot is not equivalent. (Access to owning the first few hundred over zero are in particular market is very important!) I think overall housing supply vs overall demand is still a useful way to look at it, because it captures how we're under building cheap housing.
