What's the point of doing something like this so close to a radical change in Administration? Most of these people are going to lose their jobs soon when loyalty tests are introduced for federal government workers, so they're not going to be able to finish what they started. These people should be working on polishing their resumes and finding new jobs, not working on antitrust actions.
- ethernot 2y agoI don’t stop doing my job because I’m going on holiday for 4 years in a couple of months. More seriously it’s probably a good idea to kick things off that should be done so that you can call corruption later when they magically get even worse.
- bryanrasmussen 2y agoI think that's a pretty good call right there, hmm, I have a bunch of stuff that I would like to do but would piss off powerful people so I hold off - but wait, I'm getting fired soon because the incoming team is corrupt and incompetent, huh, well let's get this ball rolling and leave it for them to undo.
