I’ve built Hairoin Labs, a product that uses scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and a combination of AI and hair experts to analyze hair health. SEM uses electrons instead of light, and their wavelength is about 100,000 times smaller—this lets us see details like damaged cuticles, microfractures, porosity, and buildup at the nanometer scale.
