Seems FBI didn't confiscate all his money since there was some left for this PR piece. Still didn't understand exactly what he did wrong but I guess this article's purpose is not to tell us that. -edit- justice.gov says: "Michel was convicted of conspiracy, concealment of material facts, making false entries in records, witness tampering, and serving as an unregistered agent of a foreign power."
