There's a bunch of other reports and posts, it's big news here in Oakland. It sounds like one of the doors got popped open but the other victims were partially incapacitated or unable to find the release. Judging by the speed of impact, and shape of the body/chassis, it's likely they were alive after impact and burned to death.
