X trying to block transfer of platform's InfoWars accounts to The Onion

- mato 2y agoDoes anyone know of a precedent for this? I've never heard of a social (or other) network claiming to own account identifiers, then again I don't read their ToS with a magnifying glass either.
- paulpauper 2y agoCouldn't Musk just suspend the account for some (fake) TOS violation so no one gets a useable account?
- grahamj 2y agoIf X owns the accounts then it shouldn't get Section 230 protection for them.
