- TheBruceHimself 2y agoIs this meant to imply Russia is using bioweaponary or just is it just coincidence? I'm genuinely unsure if this is one of this "saying it without saying it" things by the Journal.
- beardyw 2y agoIt would be very difficult to establish even if it was true. It is not impossible that someone thought this would be a good idea. It might even be a trial for something worse. Who knows.
