Lots of PR and weasel words with crap service, support, and race-to-the-bottom pricing. Ugh. Well, the US doesn't seem to have race-to-the-bottom pricing, but all the other bits apply. --- Note that I've only used Launtel for residential internet, not business grade service. No idea how they are for business stuff.
