Probably a recent Ryzen APU would do the trick, for smaller workloads that are supported by AMD. There are rumors of Nvidia entering the SOC design game though, so you might want to wait for that to manifest before making a decision. Just sayin'.
- jmward01 2y agoThe problem is support. I am still shy of anything AMD. Pytorch is my primary toolkit and I still haven't seen many people say 'yeah, this is my daily compute and it is 100% able to hand off to a big NVIDIA GPU later'
