(Anecdote alert) Most of my Asian friends (mostly first-generation immigrants) have Teslas. Same with many Asians (East & South) at work. The politics don't even register, so the evaluation is purely based on utility. Based on that, they all seem to be satisfied. Among the second-generation Asians there is more political awareness and it's more 50:50 whether they go for a Tesla or not.
