- ericcumbee 2y agoI watched the institute for justice video about this months ago. If that’s a “consensual encounter” I don’t think that word means what the dea thinks it means.
- kyleee 2y agoI forget exactly what the DEA agent was saying, I think I recall him saying that he wasn’t detaining the citizen, who was free to leave, but the bag was detained. Seemed like bullshit from a 95 IQ glorified cop.
