That's what a Fed would say to discourage Signal use.
- derefr 2y agoThat’s the opposite of what the GP poster meant to imply. They meant that you don’t hear about the ones that use Signal because they don’t get caught.

"Presumably you don’t hear about the ones that use signal for a reason…" The reason being that they don't get caught so you don't hear about them.
