This is stupid. Your citizens want to buy a product. You won’t allow them to buy the product unless it’s manufactured locally. Company offers to invest a hundred million dollars in manufacturing in your third world country. You refuse. If I were Apple I’d just say ok. We’ll avoid one of the world’s 200 countries.
