  But it's still not really foie gras -- "The foie gras is 51 percent Japanese quail cells ... plus a plant-based fat mix and corn husk flavorings." I think this is going to run into the same problems as impossible burger. They made a huge deal about how their patties "bleed," but no one has ever tasted an impossible burger and confused it for ground beef.
