The entire article is a lot of name calling for many C++WG members for sexual harassers, rapists, hate speakers etc. It argues that C++WG made various mistakes and full of incompetent members by presenting various seemingly technical topics but it's so random and unorganized it's hard to follow. It doesn't make sense at all.
