I guess distance yourself emotionally from your job, but continue looking and be picky about your next role. I'm in a similar boat, but my engineering manager wants to get rid of them, so I'm being dragged into office politics now. Other than a few rotten apples, the company is great. So, I'm also somewhat reluctantly looking for a new role.
