We will ignore the obvious solution. End the dairy industry altogether. There’s very little animal milk offers to humans anyways other than whatever the U.S. govt has drummed up through marketing to sell otherwise unsellable oversupply. It’s an ecological disaster, a GHG disaster, a health disaster, an allergen disaster, a biohazard, and a complete and utter moral and ethical disaster. There’s nothing animal milk offers that we don’t have a dozen alternatives for already.
