Law is not computer code and judges are not robots. Any competent judge would clearly rule that such a fund is a blatant attempt to skirt regulation and come down like a hammer on anyone dumb enough to try it.
- rdl 14y agoAt which point you can challenge the legality of the law itself, and will have bought time to get enough happy users in town to make it a political issue and possibly replace the regulators. Some legal hacks work, others don't.
