Heroku has the right idea, except for the fact that they do not offer .NET by default. Please listen to your user base more often than not they can lead you in the right direction. Raise prices on another area that you actually have to charge for. This is something that can be given without significant overhead when compared to some other features or packages that could be added for companies that want to scale in a different way. You are alienating the users that are actually going to be making you money.
