They mentioned Google needs to sell Chrome. This is distinct from Alphabet. So in theory, Alphabet could create Chrome LLC and it could acquire the Chrome browser (not sure about ChromeOS) from Google. Same would apply to Android. It's unlikely that Chrome would be available to the private market.
