Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Steam Review Collapse to Overwhelmingly Negative

I've got an RTX 3080, but I'm bottlenecked by my i9-9900K. I'm planning to upgrade to a Ryzen 9800X3D, and then to 9950X3D when those drop.
