I think Germany has already said it will respect the court's decision but disagrees with it.

- locallost 2y agoWell there are competing forces pulling in different directions. So yes, but... at the same times at least officially, the rules are the rules for Germans. In reality what I learned from them living in Germany is that they will do their best to honor the letter of the law, by effectively doing the opposite. But at least on paper they will follow the rules.
