The call center rep referred to her as a “lady on the phone” and forwarded her over to the local office. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist mentioned how the call center had spoken about Elena as if she were human, and we had a good laugh about it! It's been amusing to see how natural the AI sounds in interactions like these.
