I would say that Russia already is engaging in acts of sabotage or "hybrid warfare". If you are going to support Ukraine, support them in a fashion that actually allows them to win. This slow walk of aid and putting rules of engagement on Ukraine that no sane country would ever follow if attacked is sickening.

    So the Atacms and F-16s arrived in 2024 and 2023. I think the question is how Russia would have responded if those arrived earlier.
