I’d love to hear people’s experiences with this! SwiftUI is mostly great, but Apple platforms only. Is anyone here using this in production and if so does it deliver a good developer and user experience?

Not a user experience answer per se but there is https://github.com/VincentH-Net/CSharpForMarkup https://github.com/VincentH-Net/CSharpForMarkup which allows to define UI declaratively in a style that is even closer to SwiftUI than "Uno C# markup".
